This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and on a small screen. Passenger accommodations are discussed individually so that nothing is promised that cannot be delivered.

Color combinations chosen for contrast against dark and light surfaces.
Full keyboard operation of navigation, the reservation flow, and account areas.
Reservations can always be completed by phone or text instead of the online form.

In the vehicle

The vehicle is a full-size SUV with a higher step-in height. Chauffeur assistance with entry, exit, and luggage is standard. Folding mobility devices can usually be accommodated in the cargo area. The vehicle is not wheelchair-accessible and cannot transport a passenger who must remain seated in a wheelchair; if that is required, say so when you contact us and you will be told plainly rather than accommodated poorly.
