Service Area
Cleveland and Northeast Ohio
Service is centered on Greater Cleveland, with airport connections and longer-distance trips arranged by request.
Primary area
- City of Cleveland and downtown business, dining, and theater districts.
- Cuyahoga County communities on the east and west sides.
- Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE), Akron-Canton (CAK), and Burke Lakefront (BKL).
Beyond the primary area
Trips outside Greater Cleveland, including regional and out-of-state travel, are accepted by request. Because pricing depends on distance and time away from the primary area, these trips are quoted individually rather than priced instantly online.
