Terms of Service
These terms apply to reservations made with Ashlar Private Car. Specific details agreed in your written confirmation take precedence where they differ.
Reservations
- A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Ashlar Private Car.
- Prices shown before confirmation are based on the details you provide. Material changes to the trip may change the price.
- Variable charges such as tolls, airport parking, extended wait time, or additional stops are itemized after service.
- Where a trip cannot be priced instantly, a written quote is provided and must be accepted before service.
Conduct and safety
- Seat belts are required for all passengers.
- Smoking is not permitted in the vehicle.
- Service may be declined or ended where conduct is unsafe or unlawful.
- Damage or excessive cleaning caused during service may be charged at the rate stated in your confirmation.
Delays and liability
Every reasonable effort is made to arrive on schedule. Ashlar Private Car is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, mechanical failure, or other conditions outside its control. Liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected trip.
