Service to and from Cleveland Hopkins International (CLE), Akron-Canton (CAK), and Burke Lakefront (BKL). Your chauffeur, vehicle, and pickup point are known before you travel.
How airport service works
- Departures: your chauffeur arrives at the pickup address at the scheduled time and assists with luggage curbside at the terminal.
- Arrivals: provide your airline and flight number so pickup timing reflects your actual arrival rather than the ticketed time.
- Meet-and-greet: request an inside-terminal greeting with a name sign at baggage claim, offered as an add-on.
- Wait time: a complimentary allowance is applied to arrivals; time beyond the allowance is itemized on your receipt.
- Airport parking and tolls incurred for your trip are passed through at cost and shown as separate line items.
What we need from you
- Flight number and airline for any arrival.
- Number of passengers and luggage pieces, so the vehicle is prepared correctly.
- Any child seat, mobility, or pet requirements at the time of reservation.
- A mobile number that will receive chauffeur status updates on the day of travel.
