Question 1

How do I make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

Use the reservation form on this site, or call or text 216-282-5250. Website requests are reviewed personally and confirmed in writing.

Question 2

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

Earlier is better, particularly for airport departures and events. Short-notice requests are still welcome and are confirmed individually based on the schedule.

Question 3

Do I need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Reservations can be made as a guest. You can optionally create an account afterward to view your trips and receipts in one place.

Question 4

How is payment handled?

Accepted Answer

Card payment through the website is being finalized. Until then, your reservation is confirmed and a secure payment link or agreed payment method is arranged directly before service.

Question 5

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

Provide your airline and flight number when reserving. Arrival pickups are adjusted to the actual arrival, and a complimentary wait allowance applies before any wait time is charged.

Question 6

Can you accommodate child seats, pets, or mobility needs?

Accepted Answer

Tell us at the time of reservation. Child seats and pet travel are available as noted on the reservation form, and accessibility needs are reviewed individually so nothing is promised that cannot be delivered.

Question 7

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellation terms are published on the cancellation policy page and are restated in your written confirmation before you are charged.

Question 8

What areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

Cleveland and Northeast Ohio, including CLE, CAK, and BKL airports. Trips outside the primary area are quoted individually.
